Hello!

I’m Mikayla, an illustrator and designer based in the Midwest. I graduated from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design in 2025 with a BFA in illustration and minors in writing and science. I love to use my work to explore natural science topics. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me reading, making a mess in the kitchen, or exploring the great outdoors.

• I love discovering new music, going to concerts, and I play classical piano.
• I collect vintage stamps; my favorite set is the 5-cent 1967 Accomplishments in Space duo.
